SOIL & PLANT ANALYSIS
Our Mini Soil Testing Lab provides soil testing, water analysis, nutrient management, and plant analytical services to our farmers and any surrounding small-medium scale and commercial farmers. We have incorporated state of the art high tech autonomous machinery that eliminates inaccuracy errors often experienced in soil testing labs.
The combination of the lab, AgroBuddy App, quantum technology, gathering of Geo referenced information and analysis of farmland will ultimately reduce input costs, increase the yield, and help conserve the environment in these areas.
In our lab we can formulate natural oils and oil powders. We can help any business, from startups to multinational corporations seeking to create oil and oil powder based products to stringent local or international specifications.
SEEDLING NURSERY
The tiny seeds are germinated in specialist nurseries by either soaking the seed in aerated water for several days to soften the hard exterior coat before being diluted in a gel or alternatively by mixing the seed thoroughly with a diluent (usually fine sand) and planting them out into seedling cells to germinate.
The hothouses and nursery provide the precise growing environment for the seedlings to thrive and produce consistent yields and pure quality, ensuring that they are vigorous enough to survive transplanting into prepared fields at planting rates of 26 000 – 35 000 trees per hectare.
FIELD PLANTING
Our farms operate under strict quality controls and the entire farming process is closely monitored from start to finish, in a closed loop system. This helps us ensure the quality of the oil we're offering to our clients. Our trees are sustainably grown to regenerate the soil’s nutrients.
By using cutting-edge treatment to convert leaf waste has been selected for the tea tree pilot, converting leaf waste can reduce soil-nutrient loss from tea tree plantations, and greenhouse gas emissions, this method can also help increase moisture-holding capacity, improve inputs efficiency, increase organic matter and improve habitat for beneficial soil microbes.
DISTILLATION
Once the mature plants are harvested by our growers we transport the finely cut biomass to a steam distillation plant Our oil is put through rigorous analysis and distillation time to ensure that all components are extracted to their maximum level of purity, offering the consumer the best benefit from this important essential oil.
The water from the steam and condensers is recycled to ensure environmentally responsible management of this precious resource while the waste biomass from which the oil has been extracted is recycled back onto the fields where it was harvested from. Not only are you guaranteed to receive 100% Organic Tea Tree Oil, but we also help to manage the buying process with you in mind.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
The chemical composition of an essential oil is important, and not just because that's where the magic happens. Our Quality Control/Quality Assurance chemists test and report the amounts of the various chemical constituents in each essential oil to measure the authenticity and quality of our product. Chemists use these test results to prove the efficacy and purity of an oil and to check for adulteration.
